William
Wolf founded our company in 1930 as a supplier of automotive body and
trim supplies. Back then, most of the cars were black, and William Wolf
& Co. sold drums of black paint. In 1934, we became the first automotive
paint jobber of the Arco Co., which has evolved into today's Limco division
of BASF. Over the years, the focus of our business has turned to paint
and the related products and equipment used in the repair, refinish and
reconditioning of automobiles, trucks, heavy equipment and machinery.
As a 3rd generation
family owned and operated business, we strive to maintain personal relationships
with all of our customers. This commitment has helped us attain leadership
in our industry through innovative programs with our vendors and customers.
Over the years we
have seen technology change from the early lacquers and enamels to today's
basecoat/clearcoat urethanes, but our attention to customer needs remains
